How can France2go help me?
We provide a valuable service to help busy people like you achieve balance in their work and personal lives. Delegate some of those day-to-day tasks, let us manage your holiday home or allow us to meet your office deadlines with our virtual p.a. service to maximize the quality and quantity of your well-deserved personal time.
Can you really arrange anything?
We'll investigate anything your may require. As long as the request is legal and ethical, we will arrange it for you. If we cannot perform the service for you, we will quickly and efficiently find the best resource for the job.
How do I pay for services?
Payment is due upon completion of your request. Some services may require a deposit in advance. A minimum of one hour is charged for all services. Additional time will be billed in 15-minute increments. We accept cash, cheque, and all major credit cards though PayPal.
Does your service include making purchases, payments or other charges on our behalf?
Our service includes only the time taken by us to execute the duties requested. The time starts when we leave the office for your service and stops when we leave your location. Fees, merchant payments and other charges associated with performing duties on our client's behalf, are the responsibility of the client.
How much notice do you need to schedule a service?
We normally request 24 hours notice but understand last minute requests are part of your day. We will try to accommodate your urgent needs on a shorter notice. back to top Hours of Service: We are available from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Saturday. Cancellation Policy:
We require 24-hours notice of cancellation. A 25 euro fee will be charged otherwise.
