OUR SERVICES  &  SIMPLE FEE STRUCTURE

Fees  for  all of our services  are  on a per request  basis either hourly or at a flat rate for services carried out between the hours of 10 am - 6 p.m. Monday to Saturday. Your needs are unique and we will create a service plan and pricing structure that fits your individual French property management requirements/ Virtual P.A. services.  We have no joining fee/contract fee and you pay only for the time expended.  Our Fee structure is simple - all of caretaking and virtual p.a.  services listed  below have the same hourly rate of just

€25 per hour + materials

Why not make a further saving by block booking hours. You could save an extra 5% off the normal hourly rate listed by securing and paying for 5 hours of time in advance, or save a whopping 10% off the normal hourly rate by securing and paying for 10 hours of time in advance. An estimate of charges will be reviewed with you before any service is performed*.

CARETAKING  -  HOME CLEAN SERVICE.

Our cleaning services can be adapted to suit your specific requirements. Whether you live here and need regular or occasional help or visit from time to time and need help preparing your home for your arrival. We can give your home a thorough clean and airing, make up beds and even get in some shopping so you have nothing to do but relax on arrival. On your departure we wash and put away linen and shut down your home until your next visit.

If  you  have  a  gite  or  let  out  your  home  for the holidays, we can provide a very competetive changeover service for any day of the week which can include a spring clean of your property, making up of beds, washing and ironing of linens, inventory checks and providing fresh flowers and or a welcome food basket for your guests. We make sure your property is well-maintained and checked over before each guest arrives. Pools and gardens can be maintained as and when necessary.

GARDEN MAINTENANCE.

  • We can mow your lawns,
  • trim hedges and bushes,
  • weed pathways and borders,
  • plant and water.
  • We clear any overgrown areas,
  • shift areas of rubble,
  • rake up autumn leaves
  • provide winter care.

POOL MAINTENANCE.

  • Pool start up/open
  • Regular cleaning/maintenance  throughout the season
  • End of the season winterising your pool.

 

MEET & GREET.  


  • We can welcome your guests on their arrival 
  • Show them around your property
  • Explain how things work 
  • Advise on things to do and places to see during their stay.

 

EMERGENCY CONTACT & ATTENDANCE.

  • We can be on call throughout your guest’s holiday
  •  Cover problems or emergencies during their stay.
  • Use local tradesmen to make any urgent repairs (subject to your authorisation)
  • Obtain quotes for repair works for you.

  

KEY HOLDING SERVICES SECURITY CHECKS.

Providing a regular presence in your absence and a means of communication in case of emergencies with our special care service.

  • Extra checks following excessive weather conditions – storms, high winds
  • Winter Care with regular/irregular checks
  • Take/check utility readings, heating and fuel tank and heating your home to prevent frost damage.
  • House sitting being available to check the credentials and allow access to tradesmen during your absence.
  • Regular client reportingafter each visit we can provide you with a report by e-mail and digital photographs of your property if required allowing you to feel re-assured that your property is being cared for during your absence.

 

VIRTUAL P.A. SERVICES

You are on holiday and something at back at the office crops up and you need to prepare a report, or, you just need typing assistance whether that be for a one off task or you require a more regular typing service .  We can travel to you or if you prefer you can email us your requirements and once we have confirmed your requirements we can email you the typed presentations anywhere throughout the world!.   Whatever your office needs we have the solution

No hidden charges just a flat rate fee

TWO SERVICES

SERVICE 1 - YOU PROVIDE US WITH YOUR SHORTLISTED PROPERTIES.

Finding the ideal home  can  be  very time consuming and costly especially when you have no knowledge of the area.  You may have spent many hours researching on the net and have shortlisted a number of properties,  all in different areas, so, what do you do next.  First of all you can rely on us to qualify any properties selected before you waste your valuable time and money arranging numerous unfruitful viewing trips. We will send you a full report of the property giving you our full unbiased opinion not only of the property but its surroundings, the nearest village, the views, whether its on or near a busy road etc etc., together with a full dossier of photographs.    We will charge you just  300 € for this service. There are no other hidden charges and this includes up to 3 properties.

SERVICE 2 - WE SEARCH FOR PROPERTIES FITTING YOUR CRITERIA.

If you do not have the time to search for properties and you would like us to do that for you please simply  complete our questionnaire and we shall commence our search on your behalf.   Our service includes the following:-

  • Find up to 4 properties within your chosen criteria
  • Our full written unbiased report on the property and its, surroundings.
  • Our dossier of photographs (at least 20). 
  • Written introduction of your chosen area
  • Arrange quality rental accommodation for your viewing trip
  • Accompany you to view your chosen property.
  • Charge you just 400 € for this service. There are no other hidden charges.

Please note we are not qualified to provide a report on the state or condition of the property and our report will only deal with the accommodation provided, the state or condition of the property in relation to decor and obvious problems, together with the pros and cons of the property and the area it is situated.
